I used to be able to access it just fine, then one day, outta the blue, nothing! Here is what I get: i can type in the address to the dvr, it comes up and says: this website wants to install the following add on:DvrOcx.cab from 'Shenzhen GIEC electronics co.,ltd' if you trust. However, I can NOT access the dvr from a pc on the local network (same as the dvr). I can view images just fine from my mobile phone, and from the internet on a remote pc. I am very familiar with all the settings.
